When building a new home you would expect that you walk into the home and everything is going to be perfect. This is almost never the case. Whether it is a missing piece of trim, window well cover, roof drainage, clearance of building materials to rooflines and grade, electrical defects, improperly nailed/screwed decks, the list goes on.

When purchasing a brand new home the consumer has certain expectations, builders have profit margins, sub-contractors have hourly wages to pay, etc. Many times these items have a difficult time aligning in a manner that everyone is 100% satisfied. Getting a new construction inspection gives the new homeowner a piece of mind that they are getting what they paid for.
